It has been proven that, if their accounts get hacked, some flogger will go ballistic, maybe even suicidal, which can bring a shitload of lulz.

[STEP ONE] Hack a floggers account. Say, www.fotolog.com/eratanblda . How are you getting the password is completely out of the operation's department. Dropping dox can be a good idea, given the fact that information can be easily obtained from the fotolog page by itself.

[STEP TWO] Fill the account with porn, bestiality, gore whatever. Then logoff and use a proxy and report the shit out of it. Getting different people to report it is fine too.
