03chan is an essentially dead chan with only one fairly interesting board, its LOLcats board (which is gay faggot reposts everywhere. The site is too lifeless to be of any use to the /i/nsurgency. Don't waste your time with this shit.

The site contains almost no original content (as is the case of most unused *chans. In fact, it isn't even fun to browse through for newcomers, because the posts are basically all reposted images from other chans.
