a)they use Talisma chat software for live support, you don't have to be a member to join it. their software usually auto connects you to the support staff as most are in 3 convos at the same time.

b) significant phone number information can be mined from their own help pages. you can call directly to every chat support person sitting at their cubicle as well.

d) ebay member accounts are easily phished

e) email support is done using KANA. if you flood the support queues, staff will still have to sift through each one individually before discarding it.

f) in the evening there's only a skeleton tech support crew to handle the raid

g) skype is used for all bizniz communications, creating other potential security lulzholes

h) servers are located in california, tech support and phone support is in vancouver canada, and the philippines, ebay motors support is in salt lake city

i) you can easily bomb one of the tech support drones comps by joining chat and conning them into following a link

j) their site crashes constantly anyways, thus indicating an easy victim.

1. Epic Skype prank calls (Skype is an eBay service I believe. Use their own services against them)

2. Fax raep: use blackpages with a white Vday logo: "({vday})" or "The Vagina Monologues"

3. I like the idea that someone suggested to blame it on Vday.org. Make up some bullshit that eBay is "patriarchal and oppressive" or something like that. Maybe they don't have many women at the top (which is probably true, considering that they are a very successful company and know what they are doing), so use that in your propaganda. (also after Vday get's it's huge BWraep bill, we should send complaints to eBay, saying it's employees have organized an attack against Vday.org and maybe even spread this 'news' to other feminazi forums/sites to cause even moar madness)

5. Open some eBay accounts, and FLAG FUCKING EVERYTHING you see as counterfeit goods and phishing scams. Make their support staff go from like 5 or 6 flags a day to well over 9000.

6. create over 9000 auctions to sell government buildings, unborn babies, toe nails, fleshlights, ect ect. (imacro? yep but I suggest using a proxy if we do so much shit, I haven't used ebay that much so I dunno if this fake account selling BS items thing is very serious to them. We need to phis accounts for this, Unless you have over9000 credit card informations for account verification.)
