Project Chanology is a long-term raid against the Cult of $cientology and it's affiliates.

Story So Far

Project Chanology is an attack against the Church of Scientology, which whilst originally led online by Anonymous, has escalated into a variety of activities, the most notable being a series of legal protests.

Beginnings

It all started with Youtube controversy involving a video of Tom Cruise being censored and removed by the Co$. Everyone on the interbutts raged at the faggotry, and even after Youtube brought back the video everyone, especially Anonymous, was pissed, so 711chan decided to DDoS Scientology.org and a few other Scilon websites.

Raid Gets Huge

As the raid began receiving shit tonnes of media attention and the trolls continued to be fed, things escalated. More websites were brought down and Scientologist call centers were shut down, their flow of information brought to almost a complete halt through mass prank calls and black faxing. Chanologists then began recruiting on a wider scale; Myspace, Facebook, Youtube, people even handed out fliers at local colleges. This was largely due to the words of Wise Beard Man.

Trouble On /i/

After moving Chanologists to /xenu/ for a few months, Jewlion (admin of 711chan, the home of the original attacks) began handing b&s to anyone who even mentioned Chanology on the site, and with no Chanology board, Project Chanology talk was henceforth exiled from all *chans. The new center of Chanology related activity became Enturbulation.org.

Present Situation

To combat the project's situation of exile from *chans, r3x created a chan known as 888chan, aimed at maintaining Project Chanology on *chans where all others had shunned it.

Meanwhile Enturbulation was deleted by LE and everything was moved to WhyWeProtest. Poppins reigned supreme there for a while before being overthrown by da5id. Poppins now controls AnonNewsWire.org.

Goals

Tax Exempt Status

Getting rid of the tax exempt status of Co$ in the United States would be a crippling financial blow to the Cult.

Knowledge Is Free

$cientology makes a good portion of it's money from followers paying to go up levels and ranks, thus learning more information about the religion as they go. Making this supressed and sold information freely available would lead to a huge loss in revenue, and therefore deal another crippling financial blow.

Raising Awareness

Anonymous is in the unusual position in having the majority of neutral, non-$cientologists probably taking their side should they be aware of Project Chanology. Informing citizens of the "dangerous nature of the Cult of $cientology" and other such moral shit alligns more people alongside us.

Disruption

Be this DDoS, mailbombing, black faxing, anything which acts as a general annoyance and distraction to the Co$, causing difficulty to it's day-to-day operation.

Methods/Plans

Tax Exempt Status

Knowledge Is Free

Raising Awareness

Youtube

Edit famous JewTube accts and only add Annotations on older videos to all point to the same epic Chanology video. This would likely go unnoticed for a long time and hijack tons of views. The annotation text should be viral with cool text.

Disruption

Attack Scilon Websites

Remove Scilon websites from the internet through DDoS attacks and expenditure of their financial resources (ie: bandwidth raeping them so they have to pay shit tons to run websites).

Ideal Orgs

The Ideal Orgs are apparently the cult's proudest monuments at this moment, as it is all Davey could talk about at Hubtards birthday celebration, and the fact that he seems to be personally opening each one. Let's make sure to contact these "Ideal" Orgs and make sure they are busy with the phones and faxes on those Grand Openings.
