Low Orbit Ion Cannon is an open source program written in McDonald's Visual C# coding environment. It is used for DDoSing websites and testing server security.

NOTE: Maxwell here. A lot of faggots have been re-uploading software that I wrote. Before you download it, I would just like to mention that the version of Epic Fail Cannon from reisei-sa.net is the only version that I can gaurantee will not come with a virus (although it will probably make your anti-virus spaz out anyways since its homemade). Feel free to download the other uploads, but note that if it comes with a free virus, you have only yourself to blame. Here is a link to my original, virus free version of EFC:

The Epic Fail Cannon is another more powerful version of LOIC, made by the same guy who made the /war/rior's Battle Cannon. Apparently "it is CONSIDERABLY more powerful than original LOIC, and a tad bit more efficient than the /war/riors battle cannon I made for 24chan". It looks ugly though :(. You need the .NET Framework to use it. Also something to note; It's the only one that doesn't make my Antivirus spazz out.

Note: This used to put you in a botnet, but that botnet is long gone, so its safe. The /war/rior's cannon is NOT safe!

I have removed EPIC FAIL CANNON from its gay application manifest installer thing. Now it is a normal exe. Use the Better Download.
