Currently the best way to SMS rape someone is to email spam their phone with something like (Ruby) MailRape, or PHPMailRaep. Thanks to 711chan we also have this (this is in my opinion the best out there, but whatever).
WHO WAS PHONE?
The best way to do this is to social the person you're trying to troll, failing that, you can use (USA only) Mobile Carrier Lookup.

Virgin Mobile: phonenumber@vmobl.com
Sprint: phonenumber@messaging.sprintpcs.com
Verizon: phonenumber@vtext.com
Nextel: phonenumber@messaging.nextel.com
US Cellular: phonenumber@email.uscc.net
SunCom: phonenumber@tms.suncom.com
Powertel: phonenumber@ptel.net
AT&T / Cingular: phonenumber@txt.att.net
Alltel: phonenumber@message.alltel.com
