Chatango is a little Flash-based chat client that can be embedded on websites. A lot of small sites use Chatango when they're too dumb to figure out IRC.

It has no limit on how often you can message, making it perfect for spamming. Also, with a (fake) account, you can actually spam images from pages like ED.
