e) email support is done using KANA. if you flood the support queues, staff will still have to sift through each one individually before discarding it.

f) in the evening there's only a skeleton tech support crew to handle the raid

g) skype is used for all bizniz communications, creating other potential security lulzholes

h) servers are located in california, tech support and phone support is in vancouver canada, and the philippines, ebay motors support is in salt lake city

i) you can easily bomb one of the tech support drones comps by joining chat and conning them into following a link

j) their site crashes constantly anyways, thus indicating an easy victim.
