Their voting system seems to be down currently. However the script has been updated to counter any blocks they could have tried to place.
Edit from Mort - Now you get your ip blocked after 1 page, script fails. It needs re-write. 1 vote per 5 seconds could do the trick i think. The timeout has been added.
Bots still getting banned, even with vote limit. Recent bans have been redirecting our vote attempts to RickRolls, herpes.com, and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xKG07305CBs&feature=related. Someone at tweeterwall has a sense of humor.
