So I did a teensy bit of research of this hernly character, in the hopes of finding who sent the personal army request, and trolling them. He's on the whois for mythric.com, which has some weird shit about arcades (arcades.mythric.com), and a browser game. Imma try to find his account on the forums of the arcade section of the site, and send him a pm. I'll report back later.
