This epic copy of W/i/ndows was created with your raiding in mind! The minimum system requirements are removed. The max amount of simultaneous IP connections has been raised from 10 to OVER 9000. Internet Fag-splorer and outfag express have both been removed. Nothing that you would ever need to use during your day-to-day computing has been removed. W/i/nRAR (rebranded winrar), TuneUp Utilities and Firefox 3 are integrated on install. Hidden files/Necessary windows files are now visible. Don't fuck with anything if you don't know what it is. The nice vista theme was downloaded from the interwebs. It is recommended that you install this version of xp as a clean install. The serial number is integrated and the install does everything itself once you are past the disc formatting part. (its blue and basic looking) Just start the install process and walk away. Umm... what else to tell... uhh. ill jest get to the Goodies! Oh yea, the bootscreen IS rebranded :D EDIT: oh and i forgot, there is many tweaks that have been done to this copy to make it even more win, for example, uxtheme.dll (oh btw, theres a few more themes in there for you if you go to display properties) is patched so u can download any theme, and it shows file extensions, and the controll panel is not set in the faggot "new" way and system32 is 100% unlocked for deletion!

Once you have it downloaded use WinRAR to extract it by having all of the VIRUS_.partX.rar files in the same folder and right click the first one and press extract here. then use PowerISO to burn it to a CD.
Suggestions/programs to add
Put all suggestions about the next version of w/i/ndows here. That includes new apps for the goodies folder, themes, wallpapers, ect.
Make a CLEAN vista black edition, or windows 7 http://downarchive.com/software/operating/3170-windows-vista-black-edition-2009-sp1.html this guy seems like he did a decent job but its probably got botnet inside... make it OEM install and give it a shit ton of useful apps that are pre cracked. - no, vista sucks. W/i/ndows will always be XP based.

^ this, tuneup can take the same .wba files that windowsblinds uses rainmeter - blah, theres plenty of custom .msstles one out there that work with the patched uxtheme.dll, i already have one picked out, its not MS at all.

Have just installed & like the theme. Ran into a problem though, when running Goodies.exe it gave a read error. Tried to copy it to HDD and I got a CRC error. Can you confirm if this is a problem on my end?
hmm... when i tested this in a virtual machiine it was fine :S try to rip it from the ISO and run it
Ah, I was just reporting in to say I fail; I extracted the file from the ISO and it worked fine. Must've had a burn error. All is well; I'm gonna enjoy this.

- New:: I loaded this into Virtual Box, and it didnt support my NIC. I'd like to see this as a live disc, with full NIC support. Maybe a modified slipstream Live distro?
if you can install xp, you can install this. i speak english and never heard the term "NIC". if you want to make a live disc of this, figure it out yourself, i mean this in the nicest way possible......... Edit: if you mean BOIS by NIC you may have to configure it to accsept xp, look at tuts on the web.
by NIC, i believe he means Network Interface Card. I am having the same problem with my install of it.

Haii! Thanks alot for this awesome w/i/ndows. Uninstalled vista for this. Nice goodies! Very fast and flexible, games run alot smoother and so does W/i/ndows itself. However, what the fuck is Cuteftp! Cheers again <3 Also, in system32 please explain ftp.exe?
CuteFTP is a FTP client.... and ftp.exe is a normal file in xp, not sure what it does, just thats it is nothing to worry about.

Done. Very fast, Great UI Fair pack of goodies. No internet. At all. Need halp setting up internets after install. Disreguard that I suck cocks, forgot to install Ethernet controllers after os was installed. Still faster then a nigger running from the police.
Without IE it's not going to allow you to install any windows updates. They're going to have to be integrated manually. - uh, no, it updates fine without IE.
I nabbed the updated I needed with ubuntu. For some reason my boot screen isn't rebranded And for other people, keep in mind, half the shit that's packaged with w/i/ndows happen to be detected as viruses by every other AV ever. - most apps were downloaded from here. alot of the shit is known to be detected as virsues. ever heard of a false detection?
Do i need a windows xp installed or is this in place of the xp install disc? - You should NOT have XP Installed. This is a full copy of windows.
Samefag as question above: is this considered an illegal copy of XP because your talking about windows updates and whatnot. Also, can you explain how you redid the boot screen? i've tried it before and it dosent change.
