NickServ Lost Password Policy

In the event that a nickname password has been lost, please make use of /ns sendpass. If they do not have an email set, they’re out of luck.

If the account was “compromised”, verify the correct owner using /ns info, /whowas, #spk-log, and any other resources you may have available to you.
