Yeah, It has been confirmed multiple times that anontalk are the ones spamming /b/.

Although, they have tried to blame it on multiple chans, such as:

1. Raidchan
2. 99chan
3. 888chan
4. 711chan

I think this battle cannot be won, there is a cycle for example

1.anontalk spams /b/

2.we ddos anontalk

3.anontalk is down

4.EPIC WIN FOR ANONYMOUS

5.anontalk is up again
